Changed your mind? Contact us within 30 days of delivery for store credit or an exchange. Pieces must be unworn, in their original packaging and with tags attached. Return postage is at your cost.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and personalised pieces cannot be returned for a change of mind.

Faulty or incorrect item? Email support@marliva.com with your order number and a photo and we will make it right at our cost. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Read our returns policy.

Materials. Made from stainless steel with an 18k gold PVD coating, or a silver finish where offered. Stainless steel does not rust and the coating resists water, sweat and heat.

Care. You can wear your pieces in the shower and the sea. To keep the shine for longer, rinse with fresh water after swimming in chlorine or salt water, pat dry with a soft cloth, put on perfume and lotion before your jewellery, and store each piece separately to avoid scratches.
