Changed your mind? Contact us within 30 days of delivery for store credit or an exchange. Pieces must be unworn, in their original packaging and with tags attached. Return postage is at your cost.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and personalised pieces cannot be returned for a change of mind.

Faulty or incorrect item? Email support@marliva.com with your order number and a photo and we will make it right at our cost. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Read our returns policy.

Care: Take your jewellery off before showering, swimming or exercising. Put on perfume and lotion first, wipe each piece with a soft dry cloth after wearing and store it in a dry pouch to keep the shine for longer.
